Reporting to the Executive Director, and serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the Director of Development and Communications will be responsible for the development of MMC's communication strategy that will ultimately advance the organization's position with relevant constituents, as well as to drive broader awareness and donor support for the Center. The individual will assist the Executive Director in the building and strengthening of relationships with donors and donor prospects in order to increase overall fundraising efforts. The Director of Development and Communications will be responsible MMC's varied and integrated communications products and services relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership including: newsletters and other print publications; Web, E-news and other online communications; media and public relations; and marketing.
$50,000 - $60,000, Dependent upon Experience
POSITION: Community Relations Coordinator
Performs a variety of skilled administrative, clerical, and creative writing duties directly related to development and internal and external communications.
$15.94 to $22.34/hr
POSITION: Grants and Research Coordinator
Performs a variety of skilled administrative tasks and writing directly related to grant development, grant management and research.
$15.94 to $22.34/hr
POSITION: Maintenance Custodian
Maintain cleanliness of administration office building and residential buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
High School Diploma/GED Preferred
One to three months related experience
Full-Time Mondays - Fridays 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
POSITION: Client Services Advocate
To provide clients with the direct services including but not limited to: advocacy, hotline assistance, crisis intervention, assessment of needs, intake and referral, and case management.
Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
Crisis intervention experience preferred
